- For Sale By Owner Naperville is an advertising service. Our goal is
to provide home owners and home buyers with an easy to use web site
for listing and searching homes. We are not affiliated with realtors
or brokers and do not receive any compensation other than the initial
package fee.
- Our standard package fee of $175
includes advertising on our web site until your property is sold, taken
off the market of listed with a realtor and one yard sign. See
what's included for more details.
- The yard sign and post are property of For Sale By Owner Naperville
and are rented at the time of service. Damage to the sign or post are
the responsibility of home seller. Up to $100.00 fee will be charged
for damaged or lost signs.
- Most signs will be placed within 5 days. We are happy to serve Naperville
and the surrounding communities.
- No refunds are available after your listing has been posted to the
web site.
- Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.
- We will not list properties that are also listed with a real estate
company. We reserve the right to remove your listing from the web site
and take down the yard sign if you list with a real estate company.
- The home seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing.
